Know what's going onto your land. Use our checklist for land spreading waste.

There are a number of waste regulations you must be aware of when bringing waste onto farm and using it on agricultural land.

Depositing unsuitable materials onto farmland could leave you with expensive clean-up costs or facing prosecution.

»Ê¼Ò»ªÈËhas collaborated with the Environment Agency to create a land spreading waste checklist. The checklist has recently been updated.

What's covered in the checklist?

Waste and waste derived materials are brought onto farm for a variety of purposes. This checklist outlines the key questions you need to ask when accepting waste or using waste on farmland.

It also includes contact details of the competent authority if you have further waste related questions.

The checklist promotes the safe and lawful recovery of waste.
