2. What personal information do we hold about you?
2.1 We collect personal information about a range of individuals, including our members, prospective members, former members, subscribers to any of our publications, individuals who are interested in our messages and want to support us and other individuals who work in the same industry as us and who attend our events and/or we have contact with in the course of promoting and furthering our aims. The personal information we hold about you and the way in which we use it will differ depending on our relationship with you. We have provided further details below.
2.2 We also have CCTV cameras in operation at our offices and premises and these cameras may capture footage and images of you when you visit our offices and premises. CCTV means fixed and domed cameras designed to capture and record images of individuals and property. These cameras are located both inside and outside of offices. When you visit our offices we may capture images of you and personal data such as your vehicle registration number. We believe that the use of CCTV cameras is necessary for legitimate business purposes. We capture these images in order to ensure the Health and safety of our staff, members and visitors to our offices and premises. We also capture these images to prevent crime and protect our offices, premises and assets from damage, disruption, vandalism and other forms of crime.

2.3 This section of the Privacy Notice applies if you are a member, former member, subscriber to any of our publications, someone who may be interested in membership of NFU or otherwise supports our aims and objectives.

The information that you provide to us may include your full name, postal address, email address, telephone number, mobile number, financial information, payment information, photograph, registration numbers, insurance information and your password to access your NFU account or mobile application. You may also provide information to us in respect of your farming business. This information may be provided:
