The frustration at the slow rollout of SFI and the lack of a Higher Tier CS (Countryside Stewardship) offer was clear from the online audience.
The guidance says you can do an action, and the application system blocks you, or you鈥檙e unable to work out why you can鈥檛 stack two actions.
It鈥檚 very frustrating and improvements need to be made.
