Covid-19 guidance

While legal restrictions have been relaxed in England, Covid-19 is still present and circulating in society. Therefore, to reduce the risk of spreading the virus at Conference we ask that all members, delegates, speakers, and staff take the following precautions:

  • Take a lateral flow test no more than 24 hours before arriving at the ICC. Please do not travel to Birmingham if there is a positive result.
  • Additionally please do not travel to Birmingham if you are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19. These include a high temperature; a new, continuous cough (coughing a lot for more than an hour, or three or more coughing episodes in 24 hours – if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual); or a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste.

Wearing a face covering at NFU Conference will be optional. However, we encourage you to wear a mask if this makes you more comfortable. We also ask everyone attending to be considerate of the feelings of other attendees – particularly in crowded areas.
