Introduction
FatAttitude takes your privacy very seriously.

Any personal information you give us is held with care and security.

Please read the following policy to understand how your personal information will be treated. This policy may change from time to time.

How We Gather Information
We will never release your personal information to any other party without your express permission except for the sole purpose of data verification and supplementation.

Through online registration forms, registration and occasional surveys, we will collect personal information from you including names, addresses, email addresses, job information and other personal information when you register with us.

The information that we request includes basic contact information (name, address and email), general statistics (age, gender, employment) and possibly interests and hobbies (music, reading, etc). In addition to registration we may occasionally ask you for personal information at other times including (but not limited to) when you complete surveys, sign up to new areas of the website or make other enquiries.

When you log on to the web site, our computers may automatically recognise you by use of a "cookie". Cookies are files stored on your computer's hard drive, which ensure that only you can access your own personal information. We cannot use cookies to retrieve personal information about you from your computer unless you knowingly and willingly provide such information.

For each visitor to our web site, our web server automatically recognises the following:
· Your IP address
· Where you came from
· Your browser.
· Any Platform Information (e.g. Win 95)

How We Use Information
The personal information you provide is used both for verification purposes and to ensure that the information and content you receive (both online and through agreed emails) is both relevant and accurate. For example, we may choose to limit certain web-pages to UK residents because they are simply not relevant to a US subscriber. We may use information relating to your workplace to calculate the TSA of your radio station and, in some cases, restrict subscription levels of other parties based on this.

We may research and report on our users' demographics, and activities based on the information we possess. In doing this, we will never identify you individually. We may share these general statistics with advertisers or partners.

We may need to send your personal information to other countries for storage purposes. This includes countries outside the EEC. For example, your information may be stored in a computer in the USA. Your data will not be available to third parties in these locations.

How We Share Information
Your personal information will not be released to any third party without your express permission except in special circumstances such as when the law requires it or other circumstances as detailed below.

We may share our research and reports with advertisers or partners.

Occasionally, we may use third parties to verify or supplement data. For example, we may check that you are living at the address given by verifying this information against information available for that purpose from other sources (e.g. electoral rolls). We may also target offers to you by comparing your information with other statistics to determine whether an offer is likely to be relevant to you. When third parties are employed for these purposes, the confidentiality of your personal information is maintained in strict conformity with this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Such third parties will agree to maintain the confidentiality and protection of your personal information, at all times during and after providing services.

Accessing and Updating Information.
At any time, you may view and/or change certain parts of the information that we hold pertaining to you, e.g. your name and address. You may view all information we hold about you by writing to us and requesting this. A fee may be applicable. You may also choose not to receive emails from us by sending a request to general enquiries at fatattitude dot com.

You can choose whether to accept 'cookies' on your computer. If you choose to reject all cookies you will be unable to use services that require them.

You may terminate your subscription with FatAttitude at any time.

Consent
By giving us your personal information when you register or otherwise, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information by FatAttitude in the manner set out in this privacy policy.

We welcome questions, comments or concerns about our Privacy Policy.
