I am the Commercial Partnerships Lead within in the NFU’s Business Services Department. I look after all our reward partner companies that offer discounts to our members. I also work closely with the marketing team to make sure our members know about the offers they are entitled too.

Before working in this role, I was the Customer Service Team Leader. The customer service team are the first point of contact for NFU members and non‑members and for anyone generally who wants to get in touch with the organisation to talk through different issues.

�ʼһ���is a great place to work. To start with, it’s a great location with the headquarters being on the showground. All the facilities are fantastic and, importantly, I work with a terrific bunch of people. In fact, everyone who works at the NFU is very passionate about what they do. There are generous staff benefits and you get looked after.

I’ve stayed in the same department ever since I joined the NFU; I did my apprenticeship and then became a team leader before being in the role I am now. �ʼһ���will definitely help you in your career if they can. I love what I do. In 2024, I will celebrate my 13^th anniversary at the NFU. I think that says a lot.
