Growing our own talent!
The NFU offers three graduate programmes; Agricultural Policy, Public Affairs and Communications, and new for 2021, Trade and Business Strategy. All of these schemes provide a range of placements that will challenge and develop your skill set, and you will learn by taking an active role, working alongside industry specialists.
On top of that, we also offer a Trainee Solicitor scheme every two years working with our in‑house Legal team. The training will encompass all of the Practice Skills Standards and will provide an excellent grounding for qualification as a solicitor.
